Role Overview

Event Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (corporate, experiential, MICE, activations, etc.)
  
• Oversee on-ground production, logistics, and setup in coordination with vendors and internal teams
  
• Source and manage vendors (fabricators, AV suppliers, decor teams, etc.) ensuring quality and timelines
  
• Prepare production schedules, timelines, and logistics plans
  
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate pre-event and post-event evaluations
  
• Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards
  
• Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams to understand the vision and execute accordingly
  
• Troubleshoot and manage any issues during the event to ensure a smooth execution
  
• Maintain and update vendor database, cost sheets, and production trackers
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual obligations
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
  
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in event production or event management
  
• Strong vendor and production network in Bangalore and across South India
  
• Good understanding of event production elements – staging, sound, lighting, branding, etc.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights when required
