Event Producer/ Event Manager

**Job Description:** As an Event Producer/Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the venue, caterer, and audio-visual aspects of assigned events. This includes negotiating venue costs within client guidelines, reviewing vendor contracts, and resolving any issues according to established deadlines and procedures. After events are executed, you will complete the program closeout process, review and report on cost and attendee accuracy, and address any inaccuracies as needed. You should be open to working in a dynamic environment and there is an inroad into the company for exemplary performers. - Coordinate venue, caterer, and audio-visual aspects of assigned events - Negotiate venue costs within client guidelines - Review vendor contracts and resolve any issues - Complete program closeout process and review/report on cost and attendee accuracy - Address any inaccuracies as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Energetic and enthusiastic with an interest in EV, Tech, and Batteries - Prior experience in event coordination, customer service, and administrative support preferred - Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations (other majors will be considered) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines,
