Job Description

You will be responsible for programming industrial robots, specifically Fanuc robots, and integrating automated systems like vision systems, sensors, and conveyors. Your role will involve installation and commissioning of industrial robots, as well as knowledge of different robotic applications such as milling and adhesive dispensing. You should have experience in networking and communication of various automation architectures, including field bus/Profibus, and be familiar with robot tools, safety protocols, and configuration management. Additionally, you will be required to have expertise in PLC programming, mastering, OLP, debugging, and troubleshooting. Experience with external axis like turn tables, rails, and tool changers, as well as knowledge of Fanuc dual check safety and different robot safety and interference zones will be essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include creating functional programs for Fanuc industrial robots, configuring I/O, auto debugging, and troubleshooting, integrating automated sub-systems, generating and executing robotic milling application programs, as well as performing robot maintenance activities. You will also be responsible for technical documentation and implementing standard robotic application practices and documentation.,
