Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an Event Planner - Corporate at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing various corporate events, from inception to execution. Key responsibilities include event planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and ensuring the overall success of events. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and event execution strategies.

Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience of International and Domestic Event Management

• Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Create detailed event plans including budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Oversee setup and teardown of events.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the event to troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Select and negotiate with vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, AV technicians, etc.).
