Job Description

Develop and manage event campaigns within
Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager (CMS)
Create engaging emails, landing pages, and registration forms for events
Support compliance checks and prepare offers/contracts for event partners
Track, analyze and report on
campaign
and event performance using Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
Proactively contribute ideas and solutions for process improvement and innovation
Maintain data accuracy,
campaign documentation
, and reporting for continuous learning

What you bring:

34 years experience in event coordination or marketing support
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
A solid understanding of CRM and CMS tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (for planning, KPIs, and debriefings)
Ability to think ahead and manage multiple priorities independently
Fluent in English; German is a

big advantage

Shift: 1:30 am to 8:30pm IST / 2:00pm to 11:--pm IST (should be open to work in any shift)
