Type: Full-Time / Contract-Based (Tournament Duration)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

West Delhi Lions (a franchise of the Delhi Premier League) is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Event Manager – Cricket Operations to oversee all cricket-related ground and event activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing outdoor setups, match coordination, and smooth execution of all on-field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all outdoor cricket event operations

Oversee ground and pitch preparation for matches and practice sessions

Supervise setup of match-day equipment: stumps, sight screens, boundary ropes, etc.

Coordinate with team staff, league officials, and vendors

Maintain cricket equipment inventory and ensure timely availability

Ensure smooth conduct of matches, including pre-match and post-match logistics

Work closely with ground staff and ensure safety and cleanliness of venues

Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Head

Requirements:

Experience in cricket operations or sports event management preferred

Good understanding of cricket ground setups and rules

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Must be available full-time during the league period (including weekends)

Physically fit and ready to work on-field under varying conditions

Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
