Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Project Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of conferences, product launches, roadshows, internal meetings, and corporate hospitality programs.
  • Translate client goals into strategic event plans that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all events reflect the client’s brand values and business objectives.

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong, long-term partnerships built on trust, clarity, and results.
  • Lead client briefings, presentations, and debriefs, providing strategic recommendations and creative input.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (creative, production, technical, and logistics) to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions to enhance event quality and ROI.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Oversee and mentor junior event managers, coordinators, and freelance staff.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with production and technical teams to align logistics, AV, and content delivery.

On-site Management

  • Lead on-site execution, overseeing event setup, registration, speaker management, and delegate experience.
  • Manage live event operations, ensuring professionalism and quick problem-solving under pressure.
  • Ensure all events meet legal, safety, and risk management standards.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage project budgets, including supplier payments, reconciliations, and margin analysis.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze attendee feedback, and provide strategic insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years

    of experience in corporate event management, preferably within an agency or corporate communications environment.
  • Proven success managing

    large-scale B2B events

    (500+ attendees) or multi-location corporate programs.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana, Monday.com, MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
