About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate sustainable leads. 2. Track post-event ROI and ensure lead conversion. 3. Design and implement a detailed event calendar to ensure seamless planning and execution. 4. Coordinate with vendors and manage third-party service providers such as decorators and suppliers. 5. Execute logistics and operations efficiently for both in-person and virtual events. 6. Manage venue setup, equipment, scheduling, and staffing. 7. Drive brand partnerships and initiate content collaborations. 8. Enhance brand visibility and expand reach through collaborations with influencers and public figures. 9. Manage event-related data, including financials, customer information, schedules, and logistics. 10. Handle crisis management by developing contingency plans and coordinating emergency responses. 11. Coordinate and execute personalized guest outreach through calls and offline invitations. Hold a degree in BMM, Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations (preferred). 9. Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in event management. 10. Bring experience in the luxury retail or jewellery industry (preferred). 11. Possess certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), Event Planning Certification, or Certified Event Planner (CEP) (preferred).
