Need Event Hostess Girls' Nos. 3 Persons (Having own laptop is preferable or need to share a report in excel by eod everyday for 11 days starting form 20th June.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception: Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.Registration Management: Assist with guest registration, check-in, and badge distribution.Event Coordination: Work closely with event organizers to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.Guest Assistance: Provide guests with information and assistance as needed, including directions, schedules, and event details.Seating Arrangements: Assist with seating arrangements and escort guests to their designated areas.Customer Service: Address any guest inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.Event Set-Up and Tear-Down: Assist with the set-up and tear-down of event spaces, including decorations, signage, and seating.Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional activities and marketing efforts related to the event.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests to help improve future events.
