Event Designer

Role Overview: As a versatile graphic designer at Cisne LLP, you will be responsible for creating event concepts and translating them into captivating visual assets across various mediums such as print, digital, and experiential touch points. Your primary tasks will include developing event identities, stage/backdrop designs, signage, invitations, and motion snippets that are in line with brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with event producers, marketers, and client servicing managers from the initial brief to the final delivery, ensuring that each asset is production-ready and delivered on schedule. Additionally, you will be required to adapt designs for different formats like large-format print, LED walls, web, and mobile platforms while maintaining visual consistency. It is essential to stay updated on design, typography, and experiential trends to enhance audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop event identities, stage/backdrop designs, signage, invitations, and motion snippets in line with brand guidelines - Collaborate with event producers, marketers, and client servicing managers for project delivery - Adapt designs for various mediums including print, digital, and experiential touch points - Stay updated on design, typography, and experiential trends to enhance audience engagement - Manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments - Ensure all assets are production-ready and delivered on schedule Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of professional design experience - Portfolio showcasing work in event or experiential projects - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop - Skills in After Effects or Premiere would be advantageous - Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography for digital and large-format outputs - Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities - Keen eye for detail Additional Details: This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, requiring your presence in-person.,
