As a Sales Executive-Events & Activations at Futuera Media Worx & Entertainments Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in generating high-value business from corporate clients for events, activations, and brand campaigns. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing corporate clients across various sectors, driving new business pitches, responding to RFPs/RFIs with customized event concepts, and marketing plans. You will be expected to create impactful sales presentations and pitch decks that combine data, creativity, and storytelling to articulate the agency's value proposition confidently during client meetings and pitches. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, build trust-based relationships with clients, and suggest new campaign ideas to keep them engaged and evolving. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales/client servicing within the event, media sales, or advertising industry. You should possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of event concepts, brand activations, and BTL marketing, as well as a creative mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. A self-starter with high energy, initiative, and accountability would be well-suited for this position. Keeping up with industry trends and competitor campaigns to bring fresh thinking and innovation to every proposal will be a key aspect of this role.
