Event Coordinator

Position: Part-Time Event Coordinator Location: Noida (field-based with occasional office visits) Company: Omsorg – Elder and Disability Care Services Timing: 2–4 hour events, twice a month 🔹 About the Role: Omsorg is launching Omsorg Club – a social wellness initiative for senior citizens and their children in Noida. We’re seeking a dynamic, organised part-time event coordinator to plan and execute fun, meaningful community events for the elderly. Responsibilities: Plan and organise 2 events/month (each 2–4 hours) Coordinate venue booking, materials, refreshments, and setup Invite and follow up with attendees via WhatsApp and calls Assist in promoting events in societies and community centres Coordinate with speakers, performers, and staff (nurse, volunteers) Provide post-event reports and feedback summaries Requirements: Prior event coordination experience preferred (internship/freelance okay) Fluent in Hindi and basic English; confident communicator Well-organised and people-friendly Ability to travel within Noida and nearby areas Perks: Travel allowance per event Performance bonuses Opportunity to grow with a purpose-led healthcare brand
