Event Coordinator

As an Event Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of immersive events across India. These events range from luxury tented experiences and cultural festivals to corporate retreats and destination weddings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event is executed seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute immersive events across various locations in India. - Ensure all aspects of the events, from logistics to guest experience, are meticulously planned and executed. - Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each event. - Manage event budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality experiences within set parameters. - Oversee on-site event management to handle any unforeseen issues and ensure smooth operations. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance event offerings. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in events management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple aspects of events simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel extensively, as the role requires 100% travel across different event locations. - Location preference for this role is Jaipur, Rajasthan.
