Event Conceptualiser

As an Event Conceptualiser at Zero Design Studio, your role will involve bringing innovative ideas to life by crafting unique event concepts and developing engaging themes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences that align with client objectives and brand identity. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Ideation & Concept Creation:** Develop original event concepts, themes, and narratives tailored to the client brief and target audience. - **Pitch Development:** Design compelling pitch presentations including mood boards, theme visuals, storytelling formats, and creative decks. - **Trend Research:** Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inject fresh perspectives into events. - **Client Understanding:** Translate brand goals and client briefs into immersive event ideas and experiences. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with client servicing, design, production, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution of the event vision. - **Innovation & Experience Design:** Design interactive and engaging event journeys through storytelling, spatial planning, and technology integration. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in event conceptualisation or a creative role within an event agency. - Strong storytelling and presentation skills. - Proficiency in PowerPoint, knowledge of design tools is a plus. - Creative thinker with the ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible experiences. - Passion for events, branding, and experiential marketing.
