Job Description

Role- EUC Img Patch Description The EUC Img Patch role is responsible for developing and maintaining image patches for End User Computing solutions, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance patch management processes. Responsibilities Develop and maintain image patches for EUC (End User Computing) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of patch updates. Monitor and troubleshoot patch deployment issues across the organization. Create and maintain documentation related to patch processes and standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with patch management policies. Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in EUC management or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and patch management processes. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Experience with patch management tools such as SCCM, WSUS, or similar solutions. Understanding of IT security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
