Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ETP Operator to join our team at Cadchem Laboratories Ltd, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in operating and maintaining Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain ETP systems to ensure efficient wastewater treatment and disposal.
Monitor and control pH levels, temperature, and other parameters to optimize treatment processes.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking equipment functionality, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshoot issues with ETP systems and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of plant activities.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in operating and maintaining ETP systems.
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
