• First Preference to candidates who have good experience in ETP & STP Operation & Maintenance.

• Operational Management:

  Manage and oversee the daily operations of both the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

• Compliance:

  Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and national environmental regulations and safety standards.

• Monitoring and Analysis:

  Monitor treatment processes, collect and analyze water samples, and maintain accurate logs of plant operations and metrics.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  Perform routine maintenance, conduct performance tests, and troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Reporting:

  Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up-to-date.

• Staff Management:

  Train staff on ETP/STP operations and safety procedures, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Process Improvement:

  Collaborate with other teams to improve plant efficiency and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.

• Vendor Management: -

  To follow up with the vendors / OEMs for adherence of the PPM Schedule. coordinate with the vendor for pending works/ or additional observations while operating before he visits to the property for PPM work. Check the service reports for correct status of the work done and completion of balance points observed while daily operations.

• Admin:

  Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, Vendor staff deployment etc. Day to day coordination, SOPs, Customer visit management, events Management, Stationary management

  .

• MIS & Reports:

  Daily status report, Weekly & Monthly analysis Report, Annual projection, PPM completion.

• Finance & Procurement:

  New requirement PR, PO, Invoice, WCC validation & process. Closely monitor stores inventory & submit details MIS Report.

• Contract Management:

  Ensure all contracted work is carried out in accordance with the contract. All deliverables are carried as per the SLA and KPI. Timelines are adhered and identify any issues which can affect the performance and closure of the works.
