Principal Responsibilities:

• Understand the process engineering specifications including the various treatments covered under primary, biology and tertiary thoroughly to develop & control sewage water & Effluent process, optimization & support.
• Perform Process & Hydraulic calculations & its optimization.
• Independently perform the task and can mentor the peers.
• Controlling the manpower for operations including on roll and contractual.
• Individual unit/Project planning & scheduling.
• Essential daily, periodical, breakdown maintenance for ETP.
• Store including chemicals inventory operations and control.
• Communicate with cross-functional and cross-cultural team.
• Willing to travel local/global site for short to long duration based on need.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsibility encompasses the Effluent treatment plant/ plants and ensures its safe operations as per the internal standards.
• Compliance of all parameters as defined by the PCB /CPCB & Statuary Bodies.
• Maintenance of essential mandatory records as per norms like PM Schedules, BMT Schedules, Log sheet-daily, BD schedules, MIS, Monthly data compliances, online server data management etc & Environment Management System manuals.
• Assign resources to support the Environment Management System, Occupational Health, and Safety Management System.
• Co-ordinate for various government and required audits.
• Responding to relevant external communication from interested parties related to Environment Management System.
• Monitoring and measuring effects for Environment Management System Characteristics Assessing current legal requirement, statutory compliance and its applicability with current system in co-ordination with administration department.
• Setting Environment targets and tracking progress towards achieving set objectives and targets.
• Controlling the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Liaison with local Pollution Control board and other relevant government authorities

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• MTech. / B.Tech. in Biotechnology / Environmental / Chemical engineering.
• 2-6 years of core wastewater treatment engineering domain experience.
• Expertise of various water treatment technologies and technological advancements.
• Knowledge of Should Cost Analysis” & “Design for Cost” approach is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of international & industry standards
