Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ETP Engineer / Executive with hands-on experience in Dairy Effluent Treatment Plants, specifically USAB and MBBR technologies. The candidate will be responsible for smooth operation, monitoring, and compliance of the ETP system as per environmental norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ETP for dairy wastewater
• Handle USAB & MBBR processes efficiently
• Monitor inlet & outlet parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with PCB / Pollution Control norms
• Maintain daily operation logs, reports, and records
• Chemical dosing, sludge handling & troubleshooting
• Coordinate with lab team for sample testing
• Ensure zero discharge / treated water reuse if applicable
• Handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Support audits and inspections by authorities

Experience Required

• 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory experience in Dairy ETP operations
• Strong working knowledge of USAB & MBBR systems

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech – Environmental / Chemical Engineering

• Experience in dairy or food processing industry
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding of safety and compliance standards
