Quality Assurance & Testing:

Design and develop Test Plans, Test Strategies, and provide accurate estimations.
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression) with a thorough understanding of STLC.
Create and review test scenarios and test cases ensuring complete coverage.
Perform requirement analysis, traceability, and root cause analysis (RCA)

Data & Reporting Validation:

Build test strategies for Data Warehouse solutions based on Medallion Architecture.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage for data models, MDIF, and ETL ingestion processes.
Validate reporting solutions including SSRS and Power BI dashboards.

Collaboration & Communication:

Engage with clients to discuss and finalize test strategies and plans.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

9+ years of experience in ETL Testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in healthcare payer domain testing.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Good to have skillset:

Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ALM, and similar QA management platforms.
