ETL Test Engineer

As an ETL Tester at FIS, you will be part of a dynamic team working on challenging and relevant projects in financial services and technology. Your role involves designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software within budget and timelines. You will collaborate with customers, product owners, and team members to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions aligned with IT and business strategies following FIS architectural standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in ETL Testing - Strong proficiency in SQL and automation - Experience in Python and knowledge of data warehousing concepts - Familiarity with ETL tools such as Datastage, Informatica, Abinitio, etc. - Knowledge in Snowflake or other cloud technologies - Experience with reporting tools like SAP Business objects/Power BI - Proficiency in Agile methodologies - Ability to work with JIRA / TestRail / Quality Center/Rally or similar tools **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer - Proficiency in Snowflake and automation using Python - Strong SQL skills and scripting languages for data validation and automation - Understanding of ETL/ELT processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment **Good To Have:** - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform - Knowledge in Data modeling, DataBricks, or other reporting/analytical platforms At FIS, we prioritize privacy and security, ensuring the protection of all personal information processed for client services.
