Technical Know-how:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for end-to-end data integration efforts

  including data requirements analysis, solution design, development, system management, upgrades, and sustained support

  of the technology stack.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of

  ETL/ELT pipelines

   using

  Talend, DBT

  and other modern data integration tools.
• Own end-to-end

  data integration lifecycle

    from requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and performance tuning to production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

  robust, scalable, and reusable ETL frameworks

   supporting RIAs analytical and reporting products.
• Integrate

  event-driven streaming technologies

   (Kafka, CDC tools like GoldenGate or Qlik Replicate) to enable near real-time data processing.
• Conduct

  performance analysis and optimization

   of ETL processes, databases, and SQL queries.
• Design and implement

  data modeling

   solutions following

  Kimball methodologies

   (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, SCD Type 1 & 2).
• Prepare and maintain

  data mapping, transformation, and documentation

   for ETL processes.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders across geographies to align deliverables with business objectives.

Requirements & Experience:

• A bachelors degree in computer science / information technology or another discipline 8 - 10 years experience in Data Warehouse experience development, at least 8 years in any ETL /ELT design & development.
• Hands-on ETL coding in at least 2 Projects as Team Member.
• Experience with focus on ETL coding using TALEND, DBT-

  Data Build Tool

   / Other ETL tools, CDC tools (Goldengate, Qlik replicate etc.)
• Experience working with OCI/AWS or any other cloud environment is desirable.
• Experience working with data file formats like JSON, CSV, Parquet and Iceberg Table Formats
• Expertise in Oracle Performance tuning is must.
• Additional Database experience such as SQL DB, Postgres added advantage.7+ Years of implementation experience using KIMBALL modelling (STAR SCHEMA, SNOWFLAKE SCHEMA, SCD-1, SCD-2 etc.)
• Strong in writing Optimized SQL, PL/SQL programs to meet complex business scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaborator with team members and business located across the globe.
• Experience working with revenue management systems is desirable.
• Experience working with Azure, SNOWFLAKE, REDSHIFT cloud data platforms and pipeline would be added advantage.
• Exposure to Financial domain is an added advantage Exposure to any reporting tool such as Power BI is an added advantage Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and principles
