Job Description

Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data integration and application integration solutions using tools such as Talend Studio, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and Databricks.
Architect and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data flow across heterogeneous systems including Snowflake, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Provide technical leadership in the use of Talend Data Fabric, MuleSoft RAML, Informatica PowerCenter, and Python scripting for robust data integration solutions.
Design data models (logical, physical, and conceptual) and apply dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) for analytical workloads.
Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components for ETL, API management, and data pipeline orchestration.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide estimates, and design scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure performance tuning, error handling, security, and data quality standards are embedded in all integration solutions.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, use tools like Rally/JIRA for backlog management and story/task tracking.

Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Data Integration, Solution Architecture, or related roles. Proven experience architecting enterprise integration solutions with tools like Talend, MuleSoft, and Informatica. Strong hands-on knowledge of Talend Data Integration, Talend Data Fabric, MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, and Mule RAML. Experience with Databricks, Python, Shell scripting, and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake. Proficiency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and ETL processing. Expertise in Dimensional Data Modeling including Facts, Dimensions, Star and Snowflake schema. Experience in all phases of the SDLC, from analysis to deployment and support. Familiar with Data Governance, Data Profiling (DQ), and MDM (Master Data Management) concepts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Talend, MuleSoft, Snowflake, or Databricks. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data solutions. Experience with data lakehouse architecture is a plus.
