ETL Developer- Talend Development

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, maintain, and support complex data extracts. - Develop standards, policies, and procedures for ETL-related activities, focusing on data movement, quality, and cleansing. - Ensure design consistency with development standards and guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, DBAs, and system administrators. - Participate actively in design and analysis sessions to identify suitable ETL solutions and architecture. - Investigate and resolve complex problems related to data integration and transformation. - Adhere to IS Department policies, best practices, and work effectively within an iterative SDLC environment. Qualifications Required: - 4-year degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of ETL Experience with ETL tools, specifically Talend. - Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, particularly related to MSSQL and ORACLE. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within a team. - Self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment. - Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
