ETL Developer

As an ETL Developer at this company, you will play a crucial role in the management and development of ETL processes using tools like SSIS to extract, transform, and load data into databases or data warehouses. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 5+ years of ETL experience to work with large-scale MS SQL server data warehouse databases, utilizing SSIS for data extraction and managing reports through MS SSRS. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles such as Data Governance, Data architecture, and Data profiling, along with expertise in handling data quality validation and ETL processes. - Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes, SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure efficient data transformation based on business rules. - Documenting data flows, business requirements, and source-to-target mappings using tools like Visio, Word, and Excel. - Troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently to ensure smooth data workflows. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS, along with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts. - Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing SQL queries and Stored Procedures. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
