Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Data Conversion Module Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in data migration and transformation projects. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who will spearhead end-to-end data conversion initiatives while mentoring team members and driving process excellence. The ideal candidate will work on data extraction, transformation, loading, and testing activities across complex data conversion projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert\Process, Domain and system.

• 6-8 year of experience.

• Leads Data conversion projects - covering data extraction, transformation, loading and testing activities.

• Provides all required Process\technical support to team members.

• Liaising with onshore Data lead\Requirement lead on clarifying mapping\requirements related questions.

• Ensure adherence of best practices and work with team members to firm up any new process improvement ideas.

• Hands on with deliveries, expect to pick up complex pieces.

• Talent building, mentoring and coaching.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in coding concepts.

• Proficient in SQL, T-SQL and PL SQL scripting/coding.

• Proficient in ETL process using T-SQL.

• Data Conversion process knowledge from one schema to another.

• Exposure of handling at least 2 end to end Data conversions life cycles.

• Ability to handle Pre-load, Post-Load Data Testing, Validations.

• End to end Data Reconciliation.

• Ability to build transformations for entire data scheme covering Demographic and payments data.

• Good communication skills.

• Hands on experience in Project Tracking platform and Azure Dev Ops.

Good to have:

• DB Domain knowledge.

• Familiarity with integration concepts or technical documentation.

• Exposure to training delivery.

• Understanding of testing processes (UAT, SIT, regression) and ability to support QA teams.

• Knowledge of SSIS.
