Etl Developer

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines across Zoho applications and SaaS platforms.
• Implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows and data transformations within Zoho.
• Configure and manage Zoho Analytics for data modeling, cleansing, dashboards, and BI reporting.
• Integrate Zoho with external SaaS tools and cloud platforms using Zoho Flow, REST APIs, and third-party connectors (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Perform data migration, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with product, finance, sales, and operations teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within SaaS and Zoho ecosystems.
• Optimize ETL processes for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with 2+ Years as ETL developer.
• Exposure to cloud-based data architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Payroll).
• Expertise in Zoho Analytics (data models, KPIs, dashboards, reports).
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries, validation, and transformation.
• Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, XML) and SaaS integrations.
• Experience with one or more ETL tools/frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, Airbyte, dbt, custom Python scripts).
• Knowledge of data migration and quality assurance techniques.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
• Experience handling large data volumes and designing incremental/real-time loads.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud storage and data warehouses (AWS S3, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience with Python or Scala for data transformations.
• Familiarity with BI/Visualization tools beyond Zoho Analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Airflow, or orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., usage, churn, retention).
• Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant data models.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
