Job Description :
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects. Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, evaluate quotations, and collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure precise project costing. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project estimating. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, MEP, and furniture is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, are required. Knowledge of local market prices and vendors will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
