Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and extract schematic and detailed level façade systems and related items quantities from architectural schematic set (drawings, models and 3D views).

Create facade rates for all components

Derive BIM Based façade quantification for bill of quantities.

Develop estimations at all levels and including value Engineering from architectural drawings based on the modelling.

Review and extract items and quantities from façade BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Follow international and internal BIM standards for quantification.

Generate documentation and tender BOQs, preambles and Conditions

Produce BIM Model quantities deliverables for all LOD levels

Ability & Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English language.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, highly self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Excellent and good working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Good written and verbal communication in the English language.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Diploma in Civil / Architectural disciplines

Experience in the relevant field 3-5 years

Well versed in Revit able to review models, drawings in a timely and quality manner

Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit,

 will have an added advantage BOQ Revit Family creation

Hands on experience with MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Power Point.

Must have knowledge and understanding of common construction terminology and nomenclature as well as various building types and systems.
