Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Estimation Engineer - Tendering (Interiors). The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, researching, and negotiating with vendors. The role involves collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate project costs and timelines while upholding the company's high design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
• Civil Engineering background
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Excellent Research abilities
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in interiors and fit-out projects is an advantage
