· Qualification – BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Experience – 2-4 yrs. Experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation.

· Location – JM road Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description –

Good to Have
· CAD drafting skills with 1 - 3 years of experience.· Preparation of Detailed Budget Estimates, Preliminary Budget Estimates.· Experience of Residential and Commercial Buildings.· Quantity take off and preparation of measurement sheets as per drawings.· Preparation of Bar Bending schedules.· Preparation of Rate Analysis and Project Costing at various stages of work.· Checking of quantity take off sheets and maintain standard quantity records.

Min Requirement
· 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.· Agile and Dynamic Mindset· Individual contributor as well as a team player.· Task Mitigation
