This is a full-time remote for the US Estimation Engineer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project cost estimations, collaborating with the project team, and analyzing project specifications. The role also involves working closely with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate pricing and ensure comprehensive and accurate cost analysis.

Qualifications

Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation techniques.
A strong foundation in Civil Engineering concepts and principles.
Proven skills in Negotiation and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough Research to ensure accurate and competitive estimations.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant experience in estimation work within construction or engineering sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
