1. Prepares project cost estimates
2. Analyze project drawings and specifications to calculate quantities (BOQ) for labor, materials, and equipment.
3. Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets, including rate analysis for various project items.
4. Handles the billing cycle using site measurements to coordinating payments.
5. Reconcile material consumption (like cement, steel) to prevent wastage or excess.
5. Ensuring financial accuracy, and reconciling costs, acting as a crucial link between site, client, and accounts for financial control.
1. Preferably Btech Civil
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
3. Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical skills.
4. Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
