Zensar Technologies is looking for ESaaS - Oracle - Technical - Peoplesoft Technical to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. PeopleSoft Expertise : Possess in- depth knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft, particularly in the HRMS module. Understand various HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee self- service. Technical Proficiency : Specialize in the technical aspects of PeopleSoft, which may include PeopleTools, application design, integration, customization, and workflow configuration. Consulting Services : Provide consulting services to clients or organizations implementing or using PeopleSoft, offering guidance, best practices, and solutions for HR and payroll processes. System Customization : Customize PeopleSoft HRMS modules to align with an organization's specific HR needs and policies. Integration : Integrate PeopleSoft HRMS with other systems and applications within the organization, such as time and attendance systems, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms. Report Development : Develop custom reports and queries in PeopleSoft to extract and present HR- related data for analysis and decision- making.
