ER/SM- Weld Body Making

You should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Production, or Industrial field. It is desired to have 4 to 7 years of experience in the Automobile Industry, particularly in the area of Weld body making and Vehicle assembly. Your responsibilities will include building complete BIW/Subassembly/vehicle assembly, identifying manufacturing process defects, operating manual spot-welding guns, assembling vehicle parts, instructing operators, and ensuring the maintenance of tools and equipment. As part of your job profile, you will need a sound understanding of passenger vehicles/BIW manufacturing and quality requirements, knowledge of welding processes and equipment, familiarity with assembly processes and tools, understanding of inspection processes, and basic knowledge of UG/CAD skills. Desirable competencies include good communication skills, workshop management skills, and knowledge of quality management systems (ISO). You should be able to work in a team environment, handle operators effectively, and ensure the quality of manufactured products and a safe workplace.,
