Job Description

Position Summary

The ERS Payments Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of electronic payments through Imagine Software. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to daily schedules, and consistent communication with clients regarding payment activities.

1. Qualifications

Prior experience in payment processing or healthcare revenue cycle operations preferred.
Familiarity with Imagine Software or similar payment platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills for client reporting.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

2. Responsibilities

Process electronic payments using
Imagine Software
.
Work
Provider-Level Balances (PLBs)
to ensure proper allocation.
Upload
ERS Batches
when required.
Report daily payment activity to the client at the end of each workday.
Manage ERS workflows ensuring payments are cleared daily.
Update and move payments in the
payment log
(training provided).

3. Training and Development:

Training will include instruction on moving payments in the log and ERS workflows.
Ongoing support provided to ensure proficiency in all payment processes.
