Job Description

REMOTE / Part Time Job Oppurtunity for a ERPnext Professional.

Role Description

PART TIME // 12-16 hrs per Week - Work 4.30 pm - 9 pm GMT+3

We're hiring you part-time and permanent to design from scratch our end-to-end Sales & Trade operations on ERPNext (Frappe Cloud).

Scope: define and build the full process MR ? RFQ ? Supplier Quotation ? PO ? GRN ? Invoice/Sales, including workflows, approvals, role-based permissions, light automations (notifications/defaults), and Project linkage.

Modules in scope: HR, Procurement, Logistics & Customs, Accounting, Sales, and Project.

Each Project = one commercial job (from purchase through sale); all related documents must attach to that Project for tracking and P&L. Deliverables: clear process maps, naming series, multi-currency price lists (TRY/USD/EUR), minimal reports, and a concise runbook.

After go-live, you will continue as a Project Manager for our company projects (not an ERPNext PM), owning execution and continuous improvement. Please share your start date, part-time weekly capacity, and a simple milestone plan with your rate.

Qualifications

  • (What you bring)
  • 2+ full ERPNext implementations (v13v15+) covering Buying, Stock, Accounts, Selling, Projects.
  • Proven process design ability (not just configuration), incl. workflows/permissions from zero.
  • Hands-on multi-currency & Price List experience; import/export basics (Incoterms, landed cost).
  • Comfort with Frappe Cloud, Email Templates (Jinja), Notifications; basic Client/Server Script literacy is a plus.
  • Strong documentation + UAT discipline; can deliver concise runbooks and user guides.
  • Analytical mindset for quotation comparison, exceptions, and simple KPIs.
  • Excellent communication in English (written) Be able to work between 16.30 - 21.00(4.30 pm - 9 pm) GMT+3, Mon - Fri.
  • Part-time & permanent availability (ongoing ownership, not a temporary gig).
  • Supplier Portal setup, Slack/Chat alerts, basic accounting fluency, data import/cleanup.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business / Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
