ERP/IT Manager (Training, Implementation and Support)

As an Experienced ERP/IT Professional, you will be responsible for implementing ERP software, providing support, and training end users on an end-to-end ERP solution at the client site. Your background in the garment manufacturing and export industry is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire ERP implementation cycle, including close interaction with the software team and key end users. - Understand garment manufacturing and export industry business processes and map them to the ERP system. - Solve users" queries, provide support, and deliver training to users. - Identify and address the MIS needs of top and middle management, aligning them with the ERP system. - Customize new reports and train functional managers/heads in utilizing MIS from the ERP. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of industry experience in ERP implementation. - Experience with VisualGEMS ERP, SQL Server/SQL DBA, and Crystal Report designing is preferred. - Bachelor's degree is preferred.
