ERP/IT Manager

As an experienced ERP/IT Professional at the Client Site, you will play a crucial role in implementing ERP software, providing support, and training end users on the end-to-end ERP solution. Your background in Garment Manufacturing & Export Industry will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire ERP implementation cycle, including close interaction with the software team and key end users. - Be well-versed in Garment Manufacturing & Export industry business processes and map them to ERP. Solve users' queries and provide support and training. - Understand the MIS needs of Top & Middle Management and map it to ERP. Customize new reports and train Functional Managers/Heads in using MIS from ERP. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in ERP implementation. - Experience with VisualGEMS ERP, SQL Server/SQL DBA, and Crystal Report designing is preferred. - Bachelor's degree is preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, this role offers the opportunity to work full-time on a permanent basis at the client site in person.
