Description
As an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant/Architect, your role will involve driving the implementation and enhancement of critical Oracle ERP solutions focusing on financials, supply chain, and HCM domains. You will spearhead intricate Oracle Cloud and EBS projects, contributing to the digital transformation of the global organization. - Oversee the technical execution of Oracle ERP implementations across Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 - Design and implement scalable solutions for modules such as FIN, SCM, HCM, and Taleo - Develop and manage integrations using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST Web Services, ADF, and VBCS - Deliver robust reporting solutions utilizing Oracle BI, OTBI, and ADFDI - Handle technical upgrades, cloud-to-on-prem integrations, data migration, and workflow development - Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to translate requirements into technical designs - Manage customization, personalization, and performance tuning across multiple Oracle ERP modules Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud) - Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC), PL/SQL, SQL Tuning, BI/OTBI, ADF, VBCS, APEX, SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle Workflow & Personalization - Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle ERP implementations - Strong technical architecture background and excellent stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with tools like JDeveloper, TOAD, Postman, SOAP UI, SVN/GIT - Oracle Certifications (e.g., 1Z0-1042-22, 1Z0-1072-22) will be advantageous - Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or retail industries, Taleo integrations, and HCM Extracts will be favorable By joining the team, you will play a key role in enterprise-wide ERP transformation projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, lead global initiatives, mentor teams, and avail competitive salary packages, upskilling programs, and long-term growth prospects.
