Oracle ERP Techno Functional

You are a passionate and experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant/Architect who will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of critical Oracle ERP solutions in financials, supply chain, and HCM. You will lead complex Oracle Cloud and EBS initiatives contributing to the digital transformation of a dynamic global enterprise. Your key responsibilities will include leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP implementations, designing and implementing scalable solutions across modules, developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and various technologies, delivering reporting solutions, handling technical upgrades and data migrations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, and managing customization and performance tuning. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration, PL/SQL, SQL Tuning, BI/OTBI, ADF, VBCS, SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle Workflow & Personalization, and proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations. You should also possess a strong technical architecture background, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with relevant tools. Additional qualifications such as Oracle Certifications, experience in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, or retail, exposure to Taleo integrations and HCM Extracts would be a bonus.
