Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The ERP Support Executive Procurement is responsible for providing day-to-day functional support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module of the ERP system. The role ensures smooth procurement operations, effective issue resolution, and high user satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide L1/L2 functional support for the ERP Procurement module
Resolve issues related to Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), GRN, Vendor Invoices
Support procurement approval workflows and business rules
Handle Vendor Master and Item Master related queries
Support 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
Assist with procurement reports (Open POs, Spend Analysis, Vendor Performance)
Support UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams
Support audit and compliance requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / IT / Engineering preferred)
2–4 years of experience in ERP Procurement or P2P support
Experience with standard ERPs such as SAP MM, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar
Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle
Basic knowledge of accounting impact on procurement transactions
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
