Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining reports, trend analysis, and updating training documents promptly. Being trained in all regions, serving as a subject matter expert for projects or areas within CPS, working with minimal supervision, and possessing sound process knowledge are also key requirements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce and 2-6 years of work experience in the relevant domain. Strong technical skills in ERP systems like PeopleSoft, flexibility to work in a 24*5 environment, basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service are necessary.
