ERP Next Developer

Our business approach is value-based, leadership-driven, and performance-oriented. We are currently seeking a skilled ERPNext Developer to join our team. As an ERPNext Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our ERPNext-based systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERPNext/FRAPPE framework, Python, and web development technologies. You will collaborate closely with our business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules to meet specific business requirements. - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications. - Create and maintain custom scripts, forms, and reports within ERPNext. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext. - Perform data migration, system upgrades, and version control. - Ensure system performance, security, and scalability. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Document technical specifications and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in ERPNext development and customization. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery). - Strong understanding of database management and experience with MariaDB/MySQL. - Familiarity with Docker and experience in RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of business processes and workflows. - Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
