ERP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have High Rise ERP
• Act as the primary point of contact between ERP users, IT team, and ERP vendor/service provider.
• Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Provide first-level support to users for ERP-related issues and escalate unresolved issues to the vendor/ERP consultant.
• Train and guide employees on ERP modules, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather ERP-related requirements and communicate them for customization or enhancement.
• Maintain documentation of ERP processes, user manuals, and training materials.
• Ensure timely resolution of user queries and minimize ERP downtime.
• Assist in preparing ERP-related reports for management and decision-making.
• Support data migration, integration, and backup processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and company IT policies.
