Equity Dealing Manager

As an experienced professional in the stock broking industry, you will be responsible for achieving various activation goals, reactivation goals, and client retention targets to ensure the growth and success of new client accounts. Additionally, your role will involve strategically engaging with high-net-worth (HNI) clients, leading your team to reach performance goals, and enforcing compliance standards to maintain quality trading practices. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts - Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients - Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service - Reach team performance goals through effective leadership - Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team - Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards - Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs - Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns - Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies Qualifications Required: - At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role - A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred - Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry - NISM Series VIII certification is required - Outstanding written and oral communication skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, if any additional details about the company were provided in the job description, please provide them here.,
