Equity Dealing Manager

As a qualified candidate for the role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts, strategically targeting and re-engaging inactive clients, and exceeding client retention targets by providing exceptional service. Your leadership skills will be crucial in reaching team performance goals, hiring and training a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with trading standards. Additionally, you will actively engage with High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients to meet their unique needs, collaborate with the engagement team on client campaigns, and implement innovative marketing automation strategies. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 7 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong expertise in the stock broking industry and NISM Series VIII certification are essential qualifications. Your outstanding written and oral communication skills will also be instrumental in effectively carrying out your responsibilities.
