As an Equity Dealer Head, you will hold a full-time on-site position based in Indore. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day trading activities, formulating and executing trading strategies, monitoring stock market trends, and making well-informed investment decisions. Additionally, you will be tasked with supervising trading operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to junior traders. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in Stock Market, Trading, and Equities, along with a strong understanding of Finance and Investments. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute trading strategies is crucial. You will be expected to achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts, strategically re-engage inactive clients, exceed client retention targets, lead your team effectively towards performance goals, recruit and train high-performing team members, enforce compliance with trading standards, engage actively with High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients, collaborate on client campaigns, and implement innovative marketing strategies. In terms of qualifications, you should have a minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership position. A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong background in the stock broking industry is essential, and you must hold NISM Series VIII certification to be considered for this role.,
