Job Description

GEPL Capital is seeking an experienced and proactive Equity Advisor (Senior Executive) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert investment guidance, deliver personalized portfolio strategies, and support clients in achieving their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement

• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to improve engagement and retention.

2. Advisory Services

• Offer expert advice on equity investments, portfolio strategies, and market movements.
• Recommend customized investment solutions based on market conditions and client needs.
• Monitor and optimize client portfolios while ensuring alignment with their risk profile.
• Execute trades as per client instructions.

3. Market Analysis

• Stay constantly updated on financial markets, economic indicators, and stock performance.
• Present and pitch research reports and insights prepared by the research team to clients.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all advisory and trading activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, investment decisions, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• NISM series 8 certification is mandatory.
• CFA, CFP, or other advanced certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in equity advisory, investment consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms.

Skills

• Strong analytical,and financial interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in financial tools, trading platforms, and MS Office applications.
