Job Title: Equity Advisor – Sr. Executive AdvisorJob Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Equity Advisor to provide expert investment guidance to clients, offer personalized portfolio solutions, and support clients in achieving their financial goals. The ideal candidate must have strong market understanding and excellent client advisory skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement

• Interact with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance trust and client retention.

Advisory & Portfolio Management

• Provide expert advice on equity investments, market trends, and portfolio strategies.
• Recommend customized investment plans aligned with client goals and market conditions.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure optimal performance and adherence to risk levels.
• Execute equity trades as per client instructions and compliance requirements.

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay updated on financial markets, global economic developments, and stock performance.
• Conduct research and analysis of equities and investment products.
• Prepare market outlook reports and investment recommendations for clients.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio reviews.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• NISM Certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage.

Experience

• 1–4 years of relevant experience as an Equity Advisor, Investment Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.

Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market and financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency with financial tools, trading platforms, and MS Office.
